We got takeout during quarantine fromCozy Thai. Not only was the food absolutely delicious (red curry chicken, pad Thai, Thai coconut soup, and crispy spring rolls) the service was awesome. The best takeout experience in Hamburg thus far. Our food was ready, they were organized (including sanitized pens), and not to mention EXTREMELY KIND. I felt comfortable ordering and going in from them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back!

The food here is phenomenal and the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge with you.

I've eaten here countless times and I have always had an excellent time. The food is absolutely fantastic, the spice level is always exactly what you ask for, and the servers are always friendly. They have takeout as well as eat in, both are great.

This was my first experience at a Thai restaurant, it was delicious. Beautiful little cozy restaurant and great selection of foods! My daughter is vegan and it's hard to find good restaurants to go to and this is perfect!

Just recently found this place and I'm so happy I did. Food is fantastic and the man who works there is the nicest man I've ever met. Super cute little diner too. When we're able to eat at the restaurants again I'll definitely be adding this one to the list!

Decent food. We had soup, salads, pad thai, thai basil rice and salmon. Medium was spicy! But tasty. Restrooms are not that clean though.

Service was great and the food was amazing!! Also even with the Covid-19 pandemic going on, the employees were sanitizing all of the pens being used to sign receipts. All around, food was amazing and staff was super friendly!

Take out. Always liked it. This time pad thai was very dry with very little chicken. Pad gra pow was tasty but very watery. More like a soup. Not what we expected

Walked into a cozy place and ended up being uncomfortable and hungry. Was seated by the cold entrance door when there where tables set and ready within the actual restaurant. (The table at the entrance of the restaurant should be the last resort for your customers especially on a day where it is freezing out side and the door was swinging open constantly for doordash employees) proceeded to wait there with frozen feet for 20 minutes without any regard or offer for drinks. I am so sad and hungry and disappointed I got up and left. Wish I could have tasted the food but if the employees are that ignorant that energy is reflected in the quality of the food so I may have dodged a bullet here. It's sad to see food businesses more opted to serve doordash rather than customers in person (WHO TIP YOUR EMPLOYEES BTW INSTEAD OF DOORDASH). I'm hungry and sad thank you for reading.

This was our first time ordering take out at Cozy Thai and it was awesome. We ordered pad thai with chicken- absolutely delicious. Service was excellent-definitely would recommend to anyone!

This is one of the best restaurants in the Hamburg area. Always consistent with take out and dine in. If I could eat here every day I would. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable of all the food, very friendly, and always makes the dining experience great.

I can’t remember if I ever reviewed them before, but shoot it’s with doing again! You will love absolutely everything here. The Thai tea is out of this world, the appetizers are phenomenal, the dishes you will devour, and to be honest the best part is the owner. He’s so funny, and kind and welcoming. We went tonight and it was my second experience and my friends first. He went over the dishes so perfectly we knew exactly what to order. There is no way you could be dissatisfied eating here. Will definitely be back.

After some weird experiences with Thai food I wasn’t sure if I liked it. I went here after hearing lots of good things about it and really loved the food. The atmosphere inside is really nice and so is the customer service. Not to mention they have some pretty solid lunch special deals.

Cozy Thai has phenomenal food - very fresh and incredibly tasty. The owners are great people too. I have never had a bad experience there!

Some hits and some misses but I will call it the most authentic Thai food in Western NY. Killed it on the spring roll, the tom kha, and especially the mango sticky rice with the traditional taro custard. I will be back to explore this menu in more detail.

Food is delicious!! An item was forgotten in our take out order.. when I called for a refund they brought it to my house instead which I really appreciated.

The food was really, really good. The food came out quickly. The service was very pleasant, but they were understaffed for a Friday night Valentine's Day. It was hard to get the attention of a server.We definitely will be back again!

My daughter was missing her Thai food having to leave college in Boston. We found this place and have loved everything we have tried. Staff very organized and friendly.

Wow ... Very impressed with the quality of food here! Took my wife for a rare night out, and it was amazing. The service was good, and the food arrived quickly. The restaurant is very cozy, but also inviting and well kept. I had the Thai fish with rice and ginger tea, and my wife had Pad See Ew and both were delicious. Prices were very reasonable, and the portions are more than enough. If you are looking for something different, check out the Cozy Thai restaurant.

A tried and true choice. Love their spicy eggplant , soups and noodle dishes. Friendly staff and quiet pleasant atmosphere

We ordered takeout for the dinner portion of the chicken panang due to the social distancing guidelines in place. The flavor of the dish was very good. My gripe is with the portion of protein (chicken) in the dinner sized meal. There was alot of sauce though, not much substance. It appeared we received a "lunch special" at the cost of a dinner entree. Disappointing for the price.
